The Evolution of Privacy on Facebook

We are all aware that Facebook isn’t the greatest at managing their user’s data. When it was first founded they restricted the visibility of a user’s personal information to just their friends and their “network”. However over the past few years, the default privacy settings for a Facebook user’s personal information have become vastly more permissive.
